We're on the hunt for the next puzzle pieces of our dynamic Marketing team - future Brand Builders and Strategic Growth Drivers. You'll help shape brand strategy, develop engaging Above-The-Line (ATL) or Below-The-Line (BTL) campaigns, activations, and bring our brand stories to life through touchpoints that consumers love.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience: Recent graduates with
Skills:
Strong communicator (in English and Vietnamese) with proven ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
Fast learner with sharp business acumen and good strategic thinking
Bold, curious, and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Collaborative, and driven by ownership and innovation
Clear evidence of leadership potential in past experiences, school, internships, or personal projects
Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with GPA 7.0/10 or higher (or equivalent)
Your Development Journey:
An 18-month accelerated development roadmap, structured into three 6-month phases. Each phase offers deep-dive rotations across
Brand Marketing, Innovation, Insights & Portfolio Strategy, and
Trade Marketing.

OUR SELECTION PROCESS
We're committed to identifying and nurturing top talent through a thorough and engaging recruitment journey:
Application & Screening (5 May - 16 June): Submit your application online. Our team will review your background, experience, and alignment with the program requirements.
The Aptitude Test (May-June): Shortlisted candidates will complete an online assessment.
Initial Interview (June): An opportunity to share your motivations, career aspirations, and cultural fit with HEINEKEN Vietnam.
Assessment Center(July): Showcase your ability on tackling a case study together with a group or individual.
Deep-Dive Interview (July): A comprehensive discussion to assess your potential, competencies, and readiness to take on the responsibilities of the program.
Offer and Onboarding (August - September): Successful candidates will receive an official offer and begin your journey with HEINEKEN Vietnam, supported by a structured onboarding experience.
