Mô tả công việc
As an IT Operation support, you will have us support and solving level 2 ticket for IT Operation team.
Your main responsibilities will be support, maintenance, and support of the IT Ops ticket system. Including Network, Telephony, and Messaging
Working cross-department (Database, System, Telephony, Messaging). You will have the chance to develop your skills with the latest technology and working with our automation process within ITOPS department (Azure, Palo Alto, Meraki, AWX ansible...)
- Be dedicated to IT Operations
- Be fully integrated into the domain/service team and participate in weekly meetings to get updates
- Communicate regularly with users/technical team
- Ensure the support lvl2 of the IT Operations department and help Administrator to deploy new configurations on the infrastructure
