I'm looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team working with an international US client.
📍 Location: HCMC
💰 Salary: Competitive package
🏠 Hybrid: 2 days work from anywhere/week
💼 Level: Middle / Senior (3-10 YOE)
What you'll do
Design, develop & optimize scalable backend systems and services
Build high-quality APIs and database solutions
Work on system architecture, performance & reliability
Solve complex technical challenges using strong CS fundamentals
Collaborate with international engineering teams
Contribute to technical decisions, code quality & best practices
Mentor junior engineers when needed
What we're looking for
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong backend development experience
Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, System Design & Software Architecture
Solid database design, data modeling & query optimization skills
Good understanding of networking, APIs & secure communication
Good English communication skills

Production-grade Python experience
