Job Descriptions
Communicate with product owner to understand the main ideas of the product, to get the new requirements for each specific feature.
Support project bidding documents
Study, analyze, clarify and propose suitable requirements/features in order to make them clear enough for the developer to implement.
Transfer requirements/knowledge to the team so that they will have better understanding of what they are going to do.
Support the team with anything related to the requirement during the implementation and testing.
Compose requirement documents like project description, non-functional requirements, business knowledge, business rules, business flow, user manual. Writting/creating/documenting and operating project documents: Business Requirement Specs, URD, SRS, UC list and UC detail, User Stories, wireframe, Prototype.
Help the team to investigate issues from end users or Product Owner.
Manage all the requirements of the project so that it would be easy to track back and trace down when needed.
BA processes building and improvement.
Developing a new functionality from scratch.
Managing requirement elicitation and demo activities across several streams.
Expert in working with UML, BPMN, software analysis and design tools and techniques.
Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user centric mindset.
Understanding software industry, database, data structure, computer networking, cybersecurity, digital transformation, IT systems.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in BA position ( preffer domain bank/ ERP/ Fintech/ SPM/Payment/ lending, finance,
real estate, digital signature....)
Project/program/portfolio management knowledge.
Proactive, analytical and critical thinking.
Excellent Team working & Communication Skills
Strong self-managing skills.
Self-study and research quickly and effectively.
Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
Capability to learn, systematize, and retain business knowledge quickly.
Familiarity with requirements management.
Expertise in scope management.
Deep understanding of customer expectation management.
