Who We're Looking For
We are hiring a full-time General Accountant to oversee financial and tax operations for NYB and our growing ecosystem. The role requires a detail-oriented professional, highly organized, and experienced in multi-entity accounting, tax compliance, and cash flow management. You will work directly with the Director to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency across all companies, transitioning our processes from outsourced to a robust internal system.
Roles And Responsibilities
1. Tax & Legal Compliance:
Prepare and submit quarterly and annual tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT), including handling tax finalization .
Liaise with tax authorities, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest tax regulations, circulars, and decrees to optimize company tax costs.
2. Internal Accounting & Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash inflows and outflows; manage cash on hand and bank accounts.
Track and follow up on accounts receivable; manage payments to suppliers.
Coordinate with the HR department to process payroll, social insurance, and other employee benefits.
3. Control & Reporting:
Review and verify the validity and accuracy of accounting documents and records.
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and cash flow statements.
Develop and standardize internal processes related to payments, advances, and reimbursements.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in general accounting
English communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Possesses a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Nice to have:
- Proven experience in managing multiple small legal entities, including company formation, mergers, spin-offs.
- Established network with tax authorities and relevant stakeholders, supporting effective handling of tax inspections.

Salary: The salary for this role ranges from 20,000,000 to 30,000,000 VND.
Working days: Monday to Friday (9:00 - 17:00).
Workplace: 45 - 47, Tran Xuan Soan, Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi.
2 WFH days/month, lunch provided
