JOB DESCRIPTION
Organize invoices and documents according to guidelines;
Input purchase invoices into the Misa accounting software;
Verify and reconcile data on invoices with the accounting ledger;
Other duties as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently graduate or undergraduate in their fourth year of degree level education
Have a an inherent interest in Finance/Accounting and great business acumen
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications, with Microsoft software applications and use of the Internet - a must
Proficiency in English is a plus
A basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
Basic skills in using Misa software; High responsibility in work, good team work spirit
