JOB DESCRIPTION
Collect invoices and supporting documents to validate and reconcile to ensure 3 ways matching before input in ERP system
Follow up to resolve issues incurred related to purchasing transactions
Support for monthly AP reconciliation with vendors
Filling accounting documents (both soft copies & hard copies)
Other ad-hoc tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
Currently graduate or undergraduate in their fourth year of degree level education
Have a an inherent interest in Finance/Accounting and great business acumen
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications, with Microsoft software applications and use of the Internet - a must
A basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
Basic skills in using Misa software;
High responsibility in work, good team work spirit;
Dynamic, proactive, eager to learn and comfortable handling detail-oriented tasks;
Proficiency in English is a plus.
