What you do:
Coordinate with HUB, 2PL and 3PL for our last mile delivery, mid mile delivery and ensure they deliver on time. Check and update status of late deliveries.
Check and coordinate the return of Bins from hubs back to warehouse
Support in drafting contracts for 3PL contract, rent Hub contract, rent truck contract, re-new contract.
Logistics Documentation handling and ensuring that we receive all invoice at end of the month from 3PL and transportation. Tallying of invoice with shipping documentation.
Daily booking of transportation from Hapulico to warehouse
Schedule staff (Rider and Driver) every week and every month.
Support in the dispatch staging area to segregate the orders according to region and transporter.
Requirements:
Final year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, SCM,... or any related field with less than 1 year of full-time working experience
Good team-work
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and huge workloads
Logically time management and task-management
Good at working with numbers and multitasks
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
