JOB DESCRIPTION
As
a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in matching candidates with
client needs, offering consultative recruitment solutions in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment. This role provides opportunities to build strong
relationships, gain industry expertise, and grow your career
Sourcing &
Placement
·
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
·
Identify, assess, and align candidates' skills with career
objectives.
·
Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates for roles.
·
Present top candidates to the team, optimizing support
opportunities.
·
Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure database
updated.
Business Development·
Identify and pursue business opportunities through client and
candidate interactions and industry updates.
·
Develop and execute business plans to generate new
opportunities.
·
Build and manage a client portfolio to address their recruitment
needs.
·
Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and pitch
services.
·
Provide consultative advice on effective recruitment strategies.
·
Negotiate charge rates with clients and network to establish
market expertise.
·
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
·
Graduates in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related
fields
·
At least 6 months of experience in
Recruitment or Sales.
·
Proficient in English communication.
·
Customer service and sales skills
·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·
Well-organized
·
Confident and pleasant personality
·
Ability to work with targets
·
Excellent with prioritization and time-management
·
Comfortable in a startup environment and adaptable to change.
