Loss Prevention Specialist [ADMIN]

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Daily store visit (if required)
2. Safety and health
- Find out all kind of unsafe issues at stores and offices and report to LPM and group chat
3. Fire fighting
- Help store to receive fire-fighting police if they wish to inspect our stores
- Ensure all fire fight tools, equipment fully equipped at stores according the law
- Ensure all newly joint CSRs must know "how to use fire extinguisher"
- Conduct fire drill at all stores and offices once per year and as the law requires
4. Motorbike stolen
- Reduce (control) number of cases of motorbike stolen monthly by remind stores staff to give to customer from time to time
- Provide and deliver lock devices and LP equipment to all stores ASAP
- Talk with Police, guard company and customer about stolen bike, motorbike if has any
5. Availability after work
- In case of support is needed from stores and company, specialist is required to be on duty except reasonable reasons
6. Protect company's interest
- In any cases, ensure the LPD is protecting the interests of all stores and company together with a team of safety and loss prevention staff
REQUIREMENTS
1. Skills
• Organized and able to follow detailed working procedures
• In depth knowledge of retail working processes and procedures
• Strong organizational ability
• Training and coaching skills
• Communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Creativity and willing to learn. Self-disciplined with ability to work under stress
• Traveling if needed.
2. Experience
• 1-2 years working in management in both a sales environment and an environment where frequent contact to government bureaus whose job is to supervise the activity of retailers and wholesalers as required.
• Having experiences relating to the security and loss prevention field.
• Mature and sophisticated so as to be able to understand and be comfortable working within complicated business, government and social networks
