JOB DESCRIPTION
BSS Group is a leading eCommerce solution provider with over 13 years of experience in the Ecommerce ecosystem, delivering high-quality apps and services to thousands of merchants worldwide. With a proven track record and rapid growth in Shopify app development, we are now expanding our portfolio to build more innovative Shopify apps that empower merchants to scale faster and sell smarter. As we grow, we are looking for passionate and talented members to join our team and shape the future of Shopify solutions.
Responsibilities
The product marketing specialist will plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities for our current and future Shopify apps.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform product development
Publish and optimize the app listing pages on Shopify App Market to achieve top rankings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product and partnership development
Extend app reach beyond Shopify App Store via alternative channels such as SERP, partnership, and affiliates
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to gain users and drive revenue
Analyze user feedback and data to inform product updates and enhancements
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for all marketing activities
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 1 year of product marketing experience in a product-led SaaS organization
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams
Proficiency in written and spoken English, equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher
Experience in generating content across various platforms, such as product listing, social media, and email
A passion for exploring innovative promotional ideas, testing hypotheses, and utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies
Self-initiative and project management abilities, with a genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and innovative software environment
Preferred skills
Proficiency in using video and design tools
Understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and app marketplace
Experience in implementing SEO and partnership projects

5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM)
