AUDIT AND ASSURANCE SERVICES - CLIENT ADMIN (HANOI OFFICE)

We have a professional team of 12 Partners and more than 250 professional staffs in offices located in Hanoi and
Ho Chi Minh City.
We are looking for candidates to fill in position of People & Culture Intern -
Human Resources Intern in our Hanoi Office.
Job Description:
· Follow up and update new applications in proper categorized positions;
· Assist HR officers in arranging tests and interviews between candidates and interviewers, monitoring the results after tests and interviews' rounds and informing candidates about the final results;
· Attend and support HR activities of the Firm in career days in universities;
· Support and take part in the organization of the staff's events;
· Perform other general admin tasks and HR tasks as assigned by HR Senior Managers.
Required Qualifications:
· University graduation in
Human Resource, Business Administration, Economics, English or Office Administration;
· Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking);
· Familiar with using MS office, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point;
· Self-motivated and proactive person;
· Willingness to learn and take on new things;
· Ability and discipline to work independently and drive own work schedule;
· Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
· Willing to have internship for 3 months and have opportunity to convert to a permanent staff after completed internship period.
