About the job
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & EB
• Participate in supporting Employer Branding activities
• Support admin tasks in the Recruitment Operation
• Prepare, Sort & Enter data into the Recruitment database
2. Internal employee activities
• Support to design materials for communication activities
• Support to organize activities for employees
3. Support other GA & HR operation tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Students who can work full-time (It's possible to take 1-2 days off to focus on studying)
Proficient experience in Canva, Ai (adobe illustrator), MS Office, especially Excel
Strong command of English Detailed-oriented, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good analysis skills Teamwork
