JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a part-time entry-level logistics and supply chain internship role to support our supply chain advisory team. As an intern in this position, training will be provided to applicants in all facets of the supply chain. This role will be responsible for working as a team to analyze and solve business problems in a wide variety of markets. This individual should be someone that is a self-starter, quick learner, coachable, innovative, and has a proactive working style. The working location for this job is in Tay Ho District, Hanoi.
REQUIREMENTS
Duties and Responsibilities
Data entry for quotations, payments, etc..
Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
Authorizing payments and maintain receipts, records, and inventories
Evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, availability, and other criteria
Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best deals on behalf of the company
Attending on-site supplier visits for assessments, negotiations, business reviews, etc.
Analyzes data and develops tools to help manage various commodities
Facilitation of Logistics process
Travel to clients to better understand processes
Support trade shows and additional prospecting activities to expand our supply base.
Required Attributes
Applicants must have the following:
University degree in process for economics, logistics, business, or related field
0 years of work experience
Native Vietnamese language
Proficient English language (spoken & written)
Preferred Attributes
Applicants with the following will be preferred:
• Has experience living abroad (working or studying)
• Speaks additional languages
Other requirements
The Intern will need to provide his/her own laptop and transportation
Working location can be flexible between remote and office work
Ability to travel to different areas of Vietnam

JOB DESCRIPTION
Peregrine Management International LLC, an American management advisory company, is seeking a full-time candidate to fill a Junior Accountant. Peregrine Management International LLC advises clients on a variety of projects and products that involve manufacturing, supply chain, international business, trade, FDI, and real estate topics.
This is a full-time role providing accounting and project management for clients. The working location for this job is in Tay Ho District, Hanoi. Provision for some remote work can be arranged per agreement with the supervisor.
This role will be a good fit for applicants who are interested in building something new & willing to learn new things. Fresh university graduates are welcome to apply and functional training will be provided to the selected hire.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Function
Applicants can expect to work on the following:
Accounting Tasks
Collect information/data, and documents necessary from clients, and suppliers
Review documents/data, posting accounting entries in compliance with GAAP/accounting principles
Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports, and other internal reports as required
Manage and execute invoices, purchase orders (POs), and packing slips - to ensure that these are archived in compliance with legal requirements and internal company guidelines
Support internal management end-to-end accounts payable, receivable, and cash
Create price quotations for new products
Project Management Tasks
Support order management functions and ensure timely placement and execution of orders
Drive all necessary in the firm, at suppliers, and at customers to ensure timely growth of the business relationship
Demand and order forecasting
Provide project management support for new product launches
Required Attributes
Applicants must have the following:
1+ years of work experience in tax, accounting, finance
University degree in accounting
Native-level of Vietnamese language proficiency
Excellent English language (spoken & written)
