JOB DESCRIPTION
· Being in-charge of customer database management including data input and cleanliness control of sales customer database within DMS system and CRM system (on developing)
· Handling paper works for sales process: preparation of sales contract, quotation, costing sheet
· Supporting the new car order to Porsche headquarter and the new car payment to Porsche headquarter
· Supporting the customer purchase satisfaction survey
· Supporting daily and monthly sales report
· Being a sales administration for sales issues in PSC and PCH
· Collecting information of automotive market and competitors
· Other ad hoc assignments and projects
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor degree holder
· At least 01 year of working experience in similar position
· Knowledge of automotive industry is preferable
· Good at English communication: speaking, writing
· Good at IT knowledge, especially office application, internet related software/systems.
· Personality/Characteristics: trustworthy, organized, thorough, effective, good teamwork, good at keeping sensitive information confidentially.
