JOB DESCRIPTION
What You'll Do:
1. Supplier Management & Product Sourcing
Analyze supplier offers to identify cost-effective and high-potential products
Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines with suppliers to ensure optimal margins
Maintain and strengthen long-term supplier relationships for stable collaboration
2. Order & Stock Management
Place and track purchase orders to maintain a healthy and timely product flow
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
Keep records of purchase orders and supplier transactions for tracking and reporting
3. Issue Handling
Resolve order discrepancies or shipment issues with suppliers and relevant platforms
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick, practical solutions when issues arise
REQUIREMENTS
Who We're Looking For
Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management ability.
Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Position Overview
We're looking for a strong communicator and proactive team member to join our team, building
relationships and developing business partnership with suppliers across the EU and UK.
This is a fully office-based position in Hanoi, working online with international suppliers to secure
reliable sources for beauty and cosmetics products for our Amazon business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, using English daily,
and growing within an international e-commerce environment.
Partnership Development
1. Research and identify suppliers for in-demand products across the EU and the UK.
2. Build and maintain positive, long-term business relationships.
3. Request quotations and discuss pricing, terms, and opportunities.
Coordination
1. Work closely with our internal teams to keep supplier requests and orders moving
smoothly.
2. Follow up on open tasks and keep stakeholders updated.
3. Help resolve issues and ensure timely communication.
Relationship & Data Management
1. Maintain accurate supplier information and records.
2. Keep track of ongoing conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
Who We're Looking For
Fresh graduates or candidates from customer service, sales, business development,
account management, e-commerce, administration, or similar backgrounds.
Fluent English communication skills (email, calls, and negotiation support)

Study top-performing content, trends, and customer behavior to identify winning content
angles, hooks, and creative directions
2. Performance & Growth
Track content against the metrics that matter: GMV, conversion, and sales impact-not
just vanity metrics
Scale winning content through paid amplification (Spark Ads, GMV Max) and
continuously optimize content performance across TikTok
Leverage AI and modern creative tools as part of your regular workflow to move faster
than manual production allows
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective planning, execution,
and progress reporting
Align with the CEO and COO on priorities, growth opportunities, and business results
REQUIREMENTS
Who We're Looking For
Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer coordination, content production,
social media, or e-commerce
Fluent in English - you'll be working directly with international creators
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the energy to build relationships
with creators

Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to improve content and
