JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Prospecting & Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with target clients, including foreign investors, multinational corporations, and international business associations operating in or entering Vietnam.
Market Intelligence & Analysis: Conduct ongoing research and analysis of market trends, client needs, industry developments, and competitive landscape in Vietnam to support business strategy and client advisory.
Business Development & Marketing Execution: Contribute to the development, refinement, and execution of the Company's marketing strategies and business development plans, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.
Opportunity Identification & Strategic Input: Identify emerging business opportunities and potential risks/challenges; provide actionable insights to enable effective allocation of the Company's commercial and advisory resources.
Stakeholder Engagement & Representation: Represent the Company, when assigned, in engagements with investment communities, including business owners, senior executives, stakeholders, and members of international business associations.
Lead Generation & Partner Sourcing: Proactively generate qualified leads and identify potential foreign partners, clients, and collaborators whose needs align with the Company's service offerings.
Pipeline Management & Deal Execution: Coordinate and support the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, proposal development, client pitching, negotiation, and closing; ensure effective follow-up and client onboarding.
Client Servicing & After-Sales Support: Support client relationship continuity through post-engagement follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
Client Facilitation & Market Entry Support: Arrange and/or participate in business missions, client visits, and investment facilitation activities, supporting inbound (Vietnam) and outbound (overseas) investment initiatives.
Performance & KPI Management: Achieve assigned revenue and billing targets, contributing to the Company's sustainable growth and commercial performance.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (legal, accounting, research, marketing, and operations) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure high-quality client service delivery.
Other Assigned Duties: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager or senior leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
Language Proficiency: A strong command of English (both written and spoken) is required.
Relevant Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting, international business, policy advisory, business development, or B2B sales.
Growth Mindset: Demonstrated willingness to learn, improve, and develop professionally in a dynamic environment.
Business Acumen & Attitude: Strong commercial mindset, proactive approach, and a results-driven "can-do" attitude.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, or related fields is preferred.
