JOB DESCRIPTION
Check vendors
& customers contracts & quotations.
Ensure the income, cost that have been booked in TMS/LFS are the same as
contracts / quotations.
Check the income, cost in TMS is the same with debit notes.
Issue invoices in TMS & LFS
Book cost in TMS & LFS
Make AP Report monthly.
Work with Operation if any issues occur.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills Required
Good English communication skills (listening,speaking, reading, writing).
Excel, word computer skills.
Communication skill, collaboration with stakeholders.
Accuracy, proactive, teamwork
Hardworking, willing to work overtime and under time pressure
Experience and Qualifications
English & Vietnamese communication skills
University
degree in Accounting or Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION
Systems
and Innovation
Solution,
configure and implement systems to meet business requirements
Monitoring of implementation
and rollout of assigned projects
Train systems
consultant, super-users and end-users
Create
implementation toolkits, models and templates to streamline the implementation
process
Ensure that
knowledge is effectively shared and maintained across the company
Continuously
improve and develop innovative system solutions to support As-Is and To-Be Land
product development
Conduct industry
research and liaise with IT stakeholders to implement new systems
Recommending and
implementing changes, and ensuring a successful transition to what's new
Review of
existing process and identifying and implementing process improvement
initiatives
HSSE
Understand the
HSSE policy of the company
Follow the HSSE
policy of the company
Report near
misses to Manager / Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Strong critical thinking,
analytical and problem-solving skills
Good mix of
business and systems knowledge
Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills, both verbal and written (English); fluency in other
Asian languages a plus
Team player with
a good working attitude and the ability to learn quickly
Keen eye for
process improvement
1-year in logistics-related
operations or systems implementation-related experience
University degree
in Logistics operation/Logistics engineering/Information Systems or IT-related discipline
Experience in
transport management systems implementation especially BluJay LSP TMS a big
plus
