The Opportunity:
This is an ideal opportunity for recent grads or anyone looking to pivot into the talent sourcing field.
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility in your work hours as long as you meet your targets. However, you'll need to be available for 2-3 team meetings per week from 8 pm - 12 am Vietnam time to collaborate with our US-based team.
Your Role:
As a Sourcer/Researcher at Plenty, you will work alongside our Project team (including Partners and Principal Recruiters) to:
Learn the Basics: You'll learn how to understand the profiles our clients are looking for and what makes a top executive.
Develop Search Strategies: You'll learn how to identify the right target companies and candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and Crunchbase.
Research and Map Talent: Conduct research to identify potential candidates and build a pool of talent.
Provide Insights: Share your research findings with the project team to help refine our approach and strategies. If you face obstacles, we need you to escalate issues promptly and communicate clearly about the challenges you're facing to ensure a smooth workflow.
