JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect, process, and verify data from daily accounting documents.
Record and reconcile accounting transactions in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and company policies.
Make and submit financial reports and tax reports annually and as required.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and cash flow.
Prepare internal management reports as required.
Prepare documents and records for external audits.
Supervise and support junior accountants in daily accounting tasks.
Review and propose improvements to accounting processes to enhance work efficiency.
Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, accruals, and prepayments.
Coordinate with tax authorities, banks, and external auditors when necessary.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT, PIT, CIT, and other tax-related reports.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
Monitor internal controls and contribute to continuous improvement in accounting operations.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting roles.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, VAS, and tax regulations.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., MISA, Fast, Bravo) and strong Excel skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and responsibility.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Priority is given to candidates with experience working as accountants in logistics companies.
