Global is looking for a passionate
AI Engineer to join our growing AI & Data team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in
at least one of the following areas:
Large Language Models (LLM), Computer Vision (CV), AI Agents, or AIOps
, and is eager to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI-driven systems for real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for production environments
Work deeply in
one or more focus areas:
LLM
: Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, LLM integration (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
Computer Vision
: Image/video processing, object detection, OCR, tracking
AI Agent
: Autonomous agents, task planning, tool calling, multi-agent systems
AIOps
: Intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, automation
Build and optimize ML pipelines, APIs, and inference services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
Ensure model performance, scalability, reliability, and security
Participate in code reviews, model evaluations, and technical discussions
Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
At least 3 years of professional experience in AI / Machine Learning
Strong programming skills in
Python
Solid understanding of ML/DL fundamentals
Strong experience in at least one of the following domains:
LLM
Computer Vision
AI Agent
AIOps
Experience with popular frameworks/tools such as:
PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenCV (depending on domain)
Knowledge of data processing, APIs, and system integration
Good English communication skills
(working directly with global clients/teams)
Nice to Have
Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD)
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Docker, Kubernetes experience
Experience with Big Data (Spark, Kafka)
Exposure to real-world production AI systems
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
