Job Purpose
As a Corporate Strategy & Transformation Intern, you will support strategic initiatives and transformation programs that drive business growth, operational excellence, and digital innovation. This role provides hands-on exposure to high-impact projects, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Strategic Analysis & Insights
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking within insurance, fintech, and digital ecosystems
Analyze internal performance data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
Support development of strategic frameworks, business cases, and presentation materials
2. Transformation & Project Support
Assist in planning and tracking key transformation initiatives (digital, operational, customer experience)
Coordinate with stakeholders across departments (Product, Sales, Ops, Tech) to ensure project alignment
Support preparation of reports, dashboards, and progress updates for leadership review
3. Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration
Prepare high-quality presentations for internal leadership meetings
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights
Assist in facilitating workshops or working sessions when required
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Final-year student in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (data handling, basic analysis)
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in insurance, fintech, or digital transformation is a strong plus
