JOB DESCRIPTION
After training, possess a strong understanding of the nature of products, services and customer service operation.
Promptly engage in customer queries and effectively address their issues/requests with thoughtful and accurate email responses to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Closely coordinate with other team members to resolve customers' requests and follow up actively and efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in written English (IELTS ≥ 7.0 or equivalent, certificate is not compulsory)
Graduated. No experience is required. Passion for Skincare is a great plus! Hospitality graduate is also welcome!
A new team player who works well with existing members; creative but able to strictly follow guidelines and must be able to work in intensive operation. Rest assured that we embrace a motivated, collaborative, yet exciting environment for you to adapt and thrive!
Strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude.
Ability to work weekends, flexible hours, late hours for the US market.

Probation: 1 month (100% salary)
