We're looking for a Product Engineer (AI Hardware & Mobile) who enjoys working across the full technology stack-from Bluetooth communication and mobile development to backend APIs and hardware integration.
This is an opportunity to own an end-to-end product where every layer matters.
WHAT YOU DO
You'll work across the entire product stack: Hardware ↔ Firmware/SDK ↔ Bluetooth ↔ Mobile App ↔ Backend
Build Mobile Experiences
- Develop and maintain our React Native mobile application.
- Integrate SDKs and native modules on iOS and Android.
- Build features for audio recording, playback, and file synchronization.
- Optimize application performance and stability.
- Debug issues directly on real devices.
Connect Software with Hardware
- Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication with hardware devices.
- Work with GATT services and characteristics.
- Handle device discovery, pairing, authentication, and data transfer.
- Troubleshoot connection, reconnection, and background communication issues.
- Read SDK documentation and collaborate directly with hardware and firmware vendors.
Build Across the Stack
- Develop and modify REST APIs supporting the product.
- Work with databases, authentication, and device-related data.
- Build web dashboards and internal tools using React or [protected info] when needed.
- Reuse business logic across Mobile and Web whenever appropriate.
Own Product Engineering
- Debug issues across Hardware, Firmware, Bluetooth, Mobile, and Backend.
- Test and verify features using physical devices.
- Propose technical solutions for new product capabilities.
- Help bring products from prototype to production.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of experience building mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience with React Native or native iOS/Android development.
- Experience building backend APIs and web frontend applications.
- Real-world experience integrating Bluetooth/BLE with hardware devices.
- Ability to understand SDK and API documentation.
- Strong debugging skills across multiple system layers.
- Ownership mindset and the ability to work independently.
