Mô tả công việc

- Prepare purchase plan & execution for all IT scope more than or equal to 5 million VND for nationwide scope by doing all price comparison, vender verification, document fulfillment, under the supervision of Nonfood Leader.
- Prepare & follow up all purchase with Nonfood Leader for all Projects of new stores (restaurants, hubs, machines, ...) to meet on timeline aligned with Business development (BD) team and Operation team.
- Together with BD to manage the budget of new stores to ensure the implementation within the CapEx budget and also advice for budget approval if Opex is needed.
- Conduct purchasing process with the transparence and alignment to prevent confusion and misunderstanding of multi-function involvement.
- Support SCM Nonfood Leader on reporting & planning for Project template to enhance the quality of delivery with suppliers & ensure the purchasing plan
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by SCM Nonfood Leader & SCM Director.
Support data & analysis for SCM Manager/Director in dealing with key suppliers.

Yêu cầu

- Minimum 1-3 year experience in relevant jobs, in F&B, FMCG is a plus
- Experience in restaurant company is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Expected to complete all tasks in a timely manner.
- Abilities to use computer, especially in Word, Excel and office-communication system
- Basic English for communication
