JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing client accounts, supporting & executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth project execution. This role requires a blend of client servicing, project coordination, and marketing knowledge, with a focus on delivering high-quality branding and marketing solutions for real estate clients. Additionally, Account Executive contributes to identifying commercial opportunities by staying updated on market trends and assisting in research related to strategic branding and other key service areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client & Project Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to client objectives.
Assist in conducting research on the client's business, industry sector and competitive set.
Support the development of creative briefs, budgets and timelines and ensure resulting communications are on target and delivered on time and within budget.
Responsible for preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Track project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to refine deliverables.
Stay up to date on market trends, including social media, and identify opportunities to apply best practices to campaigns.
Internal Coordination & Administration
Work closely and collaborate with Managers to develop branding/marketing/PR strategies and go-to-market plans for real estate
developers.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns/strategies.
Work with content and design team to brainstorm ideas, produce high quality branding and marketing materials, including but not limited to logos, taglines, brochures, websites.
Work closely with
designers,
content creators, and external vendors to execute campaigns, including marketing and advertising campaigns & promotion campaigns for clients.
Build detailed quotations for clients, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgets.
Manage administrative tasks, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and contract follow-ups.
Stay updated on Branding/PR/Marketing trends and the real estate industry.
Other tasks assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Marketing & Communication or related fields.
2 years of experience in account management, or marketing & communication. (agency experience preferred).
Proficiency in both Vietnamese & English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
Content creation and project management experience.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
Hands on experience of marketing, branding, communication and real estate industry is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
