We are looking for an enthusiastic C&B Associate to join our Talent Team. You will have administrative duties in assisting Talent Team in most of the aspect of Human Resources including: Compensation & Benefits and Labor Relations.

Your key responsibilities
Participate in all C&B related tasks as a team member
Provide support in administering HR policies and procedures
Contribute to the development/maintenance of HR Information System
All related paperwork and other duties assigned by direct supervisor
Skills and attributes for success - What we look for
Fresh graduates with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree or having 1 - 2 years' experience in HR.
Strong passion in Human Resources field
Enthusiastic, highly responsible and eager to learn
Fluent English communication and writing skills
MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
