JOB DESCRIPTION
Supporting on daily billing tasks including: working on internal system to prepare the e-invoice draft forms, preparing minutes for invoices adjustment and saving supporting document as established schedule and policy, process postage for team
Supporting on AR quaterly tasks
Ad-hoc tasks as request
REQUIREMENTS
Good communication, analysis, and management skills
Time management, accountability and teamwork skills
Basic skill on MS Office, especially on Excel and Word
