(1) Duties and responsibilities:
· Original member to establish export group in Panasonic Vietnam
· Participation of job transfer from Panasonic Logistics Asia Pacific(PLAP), regional head office located in Singapore
· Execution of export operation from Panasonic factories in Vietnam to overseas sales companies & dealers with assistant manager's supervision
· Export operation contains communication with factories and overseas sales companies & dealers, trouble shooting, booking vessel & flight, document preparation(invoice, packing list, BL,CO, etc.), payment of logistics cost, and customs compliance
· Project participation for logistics cost down, quality & productivity improvement, and LT reduction
· Support for data management for KPI, reporting to management in Panasonic Vietnam and PLAP
(2) Requirements:
· Experience of export operation at least for 3 years
· High communication skill in English to work with foreign people
· Passion, willingness and initiative for difficult and new challenge with all the effort and responsibility
· Basic skill in data management and analysis with using MS application (Power BI, Excel)
