Location: Floors 27 & 28, Tower 1, Capital Place, 29 Lieu Giai, Ngoc Ha, Hanoi
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates for positions under the Keyence Next Gen program through channels including Facebook groups, LinkedIn, the company careers website, and universities
Screen CVs, maintain and update the candidate database, and coordinate interview scheduling
Assist in the preparation and execution of Job Seminar and Career Day events, and compile recruitment performance reports
Support the development and expansion of partnerships with universities and student organizations
Manage the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, etc.) and contribute to the development of creative content - including posters, videos, and promotional banners - to attract candidates
Benefits:
Base salary: 7,000,000 VND
Performance-based bonus upon project completion, of up to one month's base salary

Practical experience in operating large-scale recruitment programs

Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to commit to full-time work for a period of 3 months
Experience with design tools (Canva, Illustrator, etc.) or social media management is an advantage
A clear interest in pursuing a career in recruitment, talent sourcing, personal branding, or event management
