Responsiblities
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service by coordinating between Customer Service team and Sales team to meet customer satisfaction, including but not limited to
Support business by processing Sales orders in order to give sufficient information on production availability and delivery status to both internal and external customers;
Coordinating with Sales, Production and Logistics and inter-companies to ensure that deliveries are made on time and in full;
Manage documents by processing and filling all related documents pertaining to it to assure good profile well maintained for future reference;
Follow up all activities in team by conduct and support all staff for provide excellent customer service.

University graduate in relevant fields (Business Administration or Foreign Trade);
2 year working experiences in customer service is a priority;
Customer-oriented, team work spirit;
Tactful and effective complaint handling behaviors;
Good interpersonal & communication skills;
Good command of English and MS Office.
