JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leasing documentation support: initial drafting offer, contract, amendments, annexes, liquidation.
- Leasing tracking report: stacking plan update, tenancy portfolio.
- Built to suit support: coordination with vendor, PM and tenant.
- After lease coordination work: hand-over premise, tenant's vendor support, parking, electricity.
- Drafting notice/correspondence to tenants.
- Revenue posting (monthly routine work).
- Other admin related work to support daily leasing activities: meeting minutes, filing, making advance payment, entertainment fee payment...
REQUIREMENTS
- English (Reading, Writing: advance level up, Speaking and Listening: intermediate level up, or above IELTS 6.0)
- Microsoft Office skill: word, excel, power point (advance level)
- Experience: admin related work (at least 3 years); leasing office related work (at least 1 years)
- Good looking is an advantage
