JOB DESCRIPTION
Graphic Design -20%
• Create a variety of offline and online graphic goods (catalogs, brochures, printed ads, flyers,
newsletters, web interfaces, and online banners) as requested.
• Ensuring both timely delivery and aesthetic quality.
Digital Marketing Management - 50%
• Photoshoot and editing for clip, advertisement, short video, etc.
• Managing branding through social media, marketing initiatives, talks shows, etc.
• Support idea to develop marketing strategies for products, communication programs, and
promotions.
• Monitor, evaluate & report on advertising activities. Suggest to the line manager to update,
improve marketing performance.
Content Creation - 20%
• Cooperate to create content for publishing by the season subject, promotion service.
• Use analytics tools to evaluate and report on the achievement of campaigns.
• Coordinate with the SEO team to plan and implement content building for the website.
Collaboration and Implementation of Partnership Plans - 10%
• Coordinate and execute plans for collaboration with businesses, KOLS/KOCs, press, etc
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in English
• Have 2 years of experience in the equivalent position. Working in a Medical environment
experience is plus
• Efficient use of the graphic design, clipping, and editing tools
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept newly assigned tasks
• Flexibility, ability to withstand high pressure

- Order facility every month/ arise
- Update capacity/ booking on the system
- Update the customer information file (CIF) on the system; hard copy storage
- Prepare contracts, acceptance records, and payment requests based on the information provided
by the Sales department.
- Manage and store customer information and records.
- Monitor payment deadlines from customers (B2B).
- Prepare documents such as contracts, quotations, and acceptance records to be sent to
customers.
- Manage office supplies and all related items within the common office area.
- Obtain price quotes from suppliers when requested.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in the same position
- Basic English
- Good at Computer skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills, time management
- Have a good attitude, Positive, and willing to take on new assignments.
- Flexible, ability to work under high pressure.
- Independent and well self-controlled with honesty and sincerity, responsibility
