THE CHALLENGE (Your Role)
Strategic Content & Engagement: Own the "voice" of Vui App across multi-channel platforms (In-app, Push notifications, Zalo, SMS). You will translate complex financial concepts into relatable, high-converting content.
B2B2C Product Launch: Collaborate with the Growth team to adapt and deploy standardized marketing toolkits for Tier-1 corporate partners nationwide.
Product Marketing Support: Work closely with Product Managers to craft clear messaging for new feature roll-outs. You'll be the bridge between "how it works" and "why it matters."
On-site Activation: Get hands-on with offline marketing events at partner factories/offices (primarily in the North), turning user insights into immediate action.
Performance Tracking: Use data to measure campaign effectiveness. We don't just "post"; we analyze, iterate, and win.
WHO YOU ARE (Requirements)
Academic Excellence: Final-year students or fresh graduates with a Distinction/High Distinction (GPA 3.2/4.0 or above) from top universities (FTU, NEU, RMIT, DAV, VNU, etc.).
Full-time Commitment: Available to work 5 days/week (Monday - Friday). We are looking for candidates who can fully immerse themselves in our fast-paced operations.
Writing Mastery: Exceptional writing and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. You know how to make words "sell."
Execution Power: Proficient in creating visual content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. A sharp eye for aesthetics is a must.
The "Ownership" Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you find solutions. You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and take pride in every piece of work you deliver.
Growth Potential: Previous experience in Marketing clubs, case study competitions, or managing personal branding channels is a significant advantage.
