MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Campaign & Display Planning: Develop display plans for new product launches and monthly promotional campaigns; monitor rollouts and evaluate project performance/ROI.
- Merchandising & POSM Standards: Establish display guidelines and execution plans for promotional materials/POSM across channels and retail shops according to assigned product categories.
- Execution & Allocation Oversight: Oversee the production and distribution of POSM to retail stores to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with project specifications.
- Market Visits & Audits: Conduct regular field visits to audit and evaluate the execution quality across shop clusters and sales channels.
- Cross-functional & Regional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (GTM, Marketing, Channel Development, etc.), regional counterparts across Southeast Asia, and manufacturing plants on product rollout directions, POSM ideation, and operational alignment to ensure company objectives are met.
- Shopper Insights: Synthesize customer/shopper insights and propose improvement plans for brand visuals, POSM items, and channel-specific retail investments.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence, analyze retail trends and competitor activities, and recommend actionable countermeasures.

1. Basic Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Employment Type: Full-time permanent
2. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Solid foundation in general business operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing a Retail / Trade Marketing team.
- Background in Smartphones, Consumer Electronics/Technology, or FMCG.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) or English (both written and verbal).
