1. MIS REPORT - BANCA
• Responsible for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly bancassurance reconciliation report with banca partners
• Monthly/Quarterly incentives calculations for the sales performances and prepare the payment.
• End to end campaign management process, target segment strategy, generating probable leads, ongoing monitoring, rewards fulfilments, post implementation analysis.
• Assist the business in providing the decision supportive analysis and data driven solutions to the business initiations in terms of analytics across Customer, Product, Portfolio,
Sales management areas.
• Regular/ad-hoc analysis, data mining, Portfolio quality, Customer segmentation, Customer Profitability, Customer level, Revenue Risk, X-sell, Up-sell models.
2. MIS REPORT - WEALTH
• Manage Wealth Management Division (WMD) performance and NPL.
• Support to implement WMD strategy in achieving Vietnam target
• Measuring and monitoring product portfolio performance for Wealth Management department (Bancassurance products & Sales Incentive)
• Determine trend, formulate recommendations and identify opportunities to enhance profitability, reduce costs or increase market share.
• Building cross-sell, acquisition and retention for WMD products while helping the product lines with profitable growth strategies.
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
3. MIS Report - Digital Strategy
• Branch KPI performance allocation and calculation.
• Monthly retail deposit & KPI reports for BOD, BOM, Mother bank reports to Korea.
• Monthly report for State Bank.
• Extract data for sale support programs.
• Manage & develop internal reports
• Export data for reporting (requested by branches/HO dept.)
• Database management
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
- Understand SAS, Oracle, SQL.
- Bachelor of Economics/Finance or relevant field
- At least 2 years' experience in relevant fields, mathematics & statistic field is preferable
- Good in mathematics
- Problem Solving/Analytical skill
- Presentation skill
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Team work, hardworking, time managing.
