Are you ready to join the biggest recruitment program at Home Credit? We're launching Home Racer Program for our young talents. Under this 06-month intensive program, you'll be empowered to involve directly in driving business impact & contributing to hyper growth strategy of Home Credit Vietnam by participating in our cross-functional projects of the company with sponsorship from C-suite levels. You'll benefit from on-the-job training with line manager, buddy's coaching and gaining hands-on experience to develop your own future. Let's uplift your exciting career journey at Home Credit to:

Continuously update ongoing market insights and develop unique products' proposition with clear differentiators from competitors through research of market, competitors, targeted customers to not only initiate product feature ideas & optimizations but also enhance customer experience from voice of customer.
Directly involve in critical business projects under mentorship of line manager, buddy and other top business leaders to drive full cycle of new product development.
Be empowered to identify & propose new sales process optimization opportunities to deliver best-in-class product offers, initiation and capabilities to customers through diving into data & numbers.
Closely collaborate with Marketing, CRM and others to launch commercial campaigns to drive profitability growth through customer acquisition, engagement & retention.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Final student from top-notch universities with GPA from 3.0/4.0 OR recent graduate with less than 1 year of work experience
Passionate in financial products and customer experience enhancement through continuous product optimization
Proficient in English to well communicate in our multi-cultural environment
Good logical, critical thinking & problem-solving to detect the business situation then propose positive changes.
Effectively work both in a team and on your own.
Have Customer Obsession, Entrepreneurial, Integrity, Operation Excellence & Digital Savviness mindset, as it's our core Leadership Qualities here

SELECTION PROCESS:

Round 1: Application Submission (Best before August 31st, 2022)
Round 2: Self-Assessment Tests
Round 3: Online HR Interview
Round 4: Business Case & Final Interview with Business Leaders
