Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a leading international organization covering energy, construction, engineering sector. Our client, a market leader playing agile role in their field, is seeking Hospital and University Sales Lead. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Summary:
As Hospital and University Sales Lead, Your role will be to explain our commercial offering to Hospital and University the timelines and benefits of our solar rooftop proposal and be key influencer throughout the sales, survey, contract, build and operation phases. Your priority will be to work with the Head of Strategic Deals the sales strategy across Hospital and University.
Job Responsibilities:
· It will be your job to identify and develop rooftop solar sales opportunities within the Hospital and University Be an Influencer with strong contacts with Hospital and University
· Setting up networks with groups within the Government, Public Sector and other membership organizations.
· Guiding the clients through the delivery process and being their first point of contact for any questions that they may have throughout the sales or delivery process.
· Work with a team of sales professionals and develop strategy for market segmentation
· Providing weekly progress reports to the Head of Strategic Deals
· The company's representative office will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, but you will be expected to travel extensively across the whole of Vietnam.
Yêu cầu
Essential:
· At least 5-8 years of proven track record in business development or sales to Hospital and University A very strong network and connection with Hospital and University
· Keen to work in renewable energy and dedication to the project.
· Local to Vietnam and able to to travel extensively
· Be an organized, self-starter who is comfortable cold calling/cold visiting.
· Hungry for success, and always wanting to do the best job possible.
Desirable:
· Passionate of Vietnam's Renewable Energy Sector and market forces.
· Bachelor's degree or higher.
· Vietnamese national
· Knowledge in Renewal Energy, Capital Equipment, Project or Services Sales, is a plus
· International work experience/or have been educated at an international school is a plus.
· Good English Communication skills.
