Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage the host management team, ensuring optimal performance and motivation.
• Provide training, support, and development opportunities for team members.
Operational Oversight:
• Coordinate day-to-day host management activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance host performance and service quality.
Host Support:
• Act as a point of contact for hosts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure hosts have the necessary resources and tools to succeed.
Performance Monitoring:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on team and host performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments to align host management activities with company objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Yêu cầu
• Background in Business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focus.
