Job Summary: Onpoint is seeking a proactive and organized Host Management Team Leader to oversee our host management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams. This role involves coordinating and supporting hosts to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the host management team, ensuring optimal performance and motivation.
Provide training, support, and development opportunities for team members.
Operational Oversight:
Coordinate day-to-day host management activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Develop and implement processes to enhance host performance and service quality.
Host Support:
Act as a point of contact for hosts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure hosts have the necessary resources and tools to succeed.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on team and host performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to align host management activities with company objectives.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
