Before Operation
- Handle guest calls, take reservations and answer inquiries on email, social media and other platforms (such as Zalo, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Assist with deals with group clients and draft event contracts.
- Welcome guests when they're at the restaurant for site inspection purposes.
During Operation:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage the waiting list, ensuring accurate wait times and seating arrangements.
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering table availability and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Provide basic information about the restaurant's menu and specials.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
Yêu cầu
- Work hours: 12pm-9pm (9 hours, including 30 mins for meal break)
- Proven experience as a Hostess or in a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations (preferred).
- Fluency in English (essential), and Korean is a plus.
