Mô tả công việc
- Manage and drive performance across all e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, bundles, vouchers, and flash sales in alignment - Coordinate with brand, content, design, and operations teams to optimize product listings, visuals, and brand storytelling.
- Monitor daily sales performance, ROI, traffic, conversion rates, average cart value, inventory levels, and fulfillment processes.
- Work closely with platform representatives (Shopee, TikTok, etc.) to implement co-marketing campaigns and increase brand visibility.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to continuously optimize channel performance.
- Propose growth initiatives for new platforms, user acquisition and retention strategies, and improvements to average order value (AOV).
Yêu cầu
Work Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, or brand management (cosmetics experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook marketing tools and algorithms.
- Ability to create and edit engaging content (video and image).
- Proficiency in analytics tools for performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and ability to stay updated on trends in the beauty industry
- Experience with influencer marketing and live-streaming events.
- Knowledge of the Vietnam cosmetics market is an advantage.
