Project Investment & Management Associate / Senior Associate (Hospitality)
Location: 926 Bach Dang, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi and as project location
I. POSITION PURPOSE
To support and execute investment analysis, deal advisory, and project management activities for large-scale real estate and/or industrial manufacturing projects, ensuring investment feasibility, disciplined execution, effective risk management, and alignment with the Owner's strategic and financial objectives.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project investment & deal advisory
- Participate in evaluating new investment opportunities across real estate and industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, financial modeling, and risk analysis to support investment decisions.
2. Financial analysis & modeling
- Develop, review, and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis.
- Analyze financial statements and project financial performance to identify risks, value drivers, and optimization opportunities.
3. Post-investment monitoring & performance tracking
- Support investment evaluation and transaction execution from deal sourcing through investment approval and closing.
- Monitor project performance against approved investment assumptions, including CAPEX, timeline, and expected returns.
- Track deviations from the original investment case and assess impact on IRR, NPV, and overall investment returns.
4. Stakeholder coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, financial institutions, advisors, partners, and relevant internal teams during investment and transaction processes.
- Support senior team members in managing communications with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
5. Risk management & compliance
- Identify investment, financial, and execution risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development of mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
6. Reporting & management support
- Prepare investment memoranda, project updates, and performance reports for senior management and investment committees.
- Provide analytical support for strategic reviews, portfolio assessments, and ad-hoc management requests.

III. REQUIREMENTS
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Investment, Engineering, BA or related fields.
- Preference: MBA, Master in Management, CFA (Level I-II), or international academic background.
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in deal advisory, management consulting, investment, or project finance.
- Background from Big 4 / Big 3 consulting firms, top-tier or second-tier banks, or financial institutions is strongly preferred.
- Experience in real estate or industrial manufacturing projects is an advantage.
2. Professional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and investment evaluation.
- Solid foundation in project finance and transaction advisory.
3. Skills & Competencies
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to structure complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with senior stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.
- Fluent English is required.
