Mô tả công việc
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1.Develop and expand T&D coverage area to cope with huge & rapid expansion of the business;
2.Build Regent college with full faculties & subjects in terms of Quality, Production (Supervision) , Technical (Industrial Engineering, Planning, Merchandising, etc...), Team building, Leadership & Culture ;
3.Engage & enrich strong partnership with biz heads to contribute to bottom line performance through people development program & coaching culture ;
4.Develop & manage talent pool;
5.Develop strong Trainer team to handle various internal training workshops;
6.Coach and lead T&D team to build & run successfully all training programs for all employees (workers management);
7.Plan, organize, facilitate and run trainings (internal & external courses/workshops) in the most effective & creative way to meet end user expectation;
8.Update & apply new knowledge, technologies to enhance learning performance & training techniques;
9.Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
•Graduated university in relevant fields;
•At least 5 years' experience in T&D; 3 year experience at the similar position;
•Computer literate (Ms Office, Power point)
•Good command of English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
•Good Business Acumen
•Good communication & presentation
