What exactly is a Host Entrepreneur?
A Host Entrepreneur is someone who builds and grows a business by taking care of other people, the same way our Co-Founder did when he started Christina's from just 2 listings on Airbnb.

What can you expect to be doing...
- Operations: From cleaning toilets to making beds, to sweeping floors and arranging flowers, or sourcing supplies, no task is too small for a Host Entrepreneur.
- Guest experience: We are hosts welcoming guests into our homes. You will be trained to communicate effectively to provide guests with the most amazing experiences as an equal, and NOT as a service employee.
- Sales & marketing: You will learn how to provide recommendations that enhance guest experiences while generating additional revenue for the company.
- Finance & budgeting: Every entrepreneur needs to know how to manage the budget of the business, from meeting revenue targets to controlling costs.
- Training & development: Not only will you be going through intensive formal trainings, you will also be expected to train other people who come after you.
