About Us
At Bconduct, we believe great products begin with uncompromising quality.
From our Israel engineering hub to our operational offices in China, Hong Kong, and Singapore, we have built a reputation for technical excellence and strong supplier partnerships. Our QC teams in China set the benchmark for supplier quality management, while our Hanoi team has established a solid foundation in Vietnam with hands-on factory support and advanced inspection capabilities.
Now, we are expanding further into Ho Chi Minh City to replicate this success in Southern Vietnam - ensuring every part shipped from our suppliers meets the highest global standards.

The Opportunity
This is a unique chance to take full ownership of Southern Vietnam QC operations from day one. Starting as a solo role in 2025, you will lead all inspections, work closely with suppliers, and act as the bridge between local factories and our global engineering team. In 2026, you will grow into a leadership position, building and mentoring a team of 2-3 QC engineers.
One of the key benefits of this position is the exposure to diverse factory cultures - European, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Vietnamese suppliers - and to a wide range of production technologies such as CNC machining, die casting, stamping, injection molding, plating, coating, PCBA, and assembly . This role offers continuous learning, with the opportunity to see and master something new in production and quality control every day.
