Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all daily operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other services.
- Ensure that hotel operations run smoothly, professionally, and meet standards.
- Guarantee the hotel achieves set business and service quality goals.
2. Financial and profit management:
- Develop and monitor the annual budget for the hotel, ensuring cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Manage cash flow and control operating expenses across all hotel departments.
- Track and evaluate financial performance, proposing solutions to improve revenue and reduce unnecessary costs.
3. Service standards development and guest satisfaction:
- Develop and improve the SOP standards of each department to ensure the highest quality of service for guests.
- Ensure all guest requests and expectations are met promptly and professionally.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring maximum satisfaction and a positive impression of the hotel brand.
4. Staff management and development:
- Recruit, train, and develop management and staff to ensure each department operates effectively and adheres to standard procedures.
- Conduct regular employee evaluations, building training programs to improve skills and support career advancement.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging employees to strive for high performance.
5. Customer and partner relationship management:
- Maintain and develop good relationships with VIP guests, strategic partners, and service providers.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements with partners are honored and bring value to the hotel.
- Develop customer retention strategies and promotional programs to encourage repeat business.
6. Quality and standards management:
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations in all hotel operations.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess and improve hotel service quality.
- Work with relevant departments to enhance and elevate service standards in line with industry trends.
7. Strategic development and business planning:
- Propose business and marketing strategies to optimize room occupancy and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities and suggest development strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales department to design marketing plans and promote the hotel's image.
8. Project development and coordination:
- Plan and manage projects to upgrade facilities and improve hotel services.
- Monitor project progress and quality to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
9. Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
Yêu cầu
- At least 5 years in Hotel management or Senior management at a 5-star hotel.
- English fluency;
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Financial management skills and ability to optimize operating costs.
