Housekeeping Manager

1. Manage daily operations of the Housekeeping Department
Ensure all hotel areas (guest rooms, public spaces) are always clean, tidy, and meet high hygiene standards.
Develop and oversee workflow procedures, assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
2. Supervise and train staff
Train and coach staff on housekeeping skills and hygiene regulations.
Evaluate job performance, motivate staff, and address any issues that arise.
3. Inventory and equipment control
Monitor and order necessary supplies, such as cleaning chemicals, tools, and guest amenities.
Maintain housekeeping equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
4. Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
Handle guest requests and complaints related to room cleanliness and public areas.
Continuously improve service quality based on guest feedback.
5. Collaborate with other departments
Work closely with the front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
6. Manage budget and costs
Track expenses and find ways to optimize the department's operating budget.
