Organize and assign cleaning tasks for public area attendants (lobby, corridors, restrooms, common areas, and functional spaces).
Supervise and inspect cleaning quality, ensuring assigned areas are consistently clean, tidy, and meet service standards.
Monitor the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring compliance with procedures and occupational safety regulations.
Provide guidance and training to staff on cleaning procedures and service standards.
Inspect, report, and coordinate the resolution of maintenance and facility issues in public areas.
Control staff discipline, grooming standards, and work performance during shifts.
Prepare work schedules and propose additional resources (supplies and manpower) when necessary.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure public areas are always in optimal condition for guest service.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
Yêu cầu
Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc
An intermediate diploma or above is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, working at a luxury hotel/restaurant/building preferred.
Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, and proper use of chemicals and cleaning equipment in compliance with standards.
Strong ability to organize, assign, and supervise staff during shifts.
Hardworking, responsible, with a fast and detail-oriented working style.
Excellent language skills in simple English preferred.
Knowledge in PC skills and MS Office applications.
Good communication and customer service skills.
