Job Description:

Take the next step in your career by applying for the HR Administrative Assistant / GM's Assistant position with key responsibilities as follows:
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including but not limited to office rental, renovations, relocations, car rental and other office's vendors.
- Coordinate office maintenance and ensuring a conducive work environment.
- Handle office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees.
- Oversee office communication channels (phone, email, etc.).
- Organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to office administration.
HR Support Responsibilities:
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
- Collaborate with HR personnel in onboarding/offboarding process
- Process employees' requests and providing relevant information.
GM's Assistant Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive meetings and managing the GM's calendar
- Assist GM in drafting presentations and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources or a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience as HR & Administration assistant or Administrator.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
